I build the plumbing that moves money.
Finance automation — the boring-but-critical systems that move money, reconcile ledgers, and keep a global operation running. I’ve built one from 0→1 over four years, and I ship AI-native products solo, end-to-end on the side.
I built CAPS from 0→1 — the AP layer of a broader order-to-cash platform.
An internal platform that automates monthly multi-currency payouts to a global network of 3,000+ freelancers working on Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix delivery accounts. I ran the legacy migration to 100% adoption in two months, then owned the roadmap for 2+ years on top — plus a duplicate-payment detection API (99% error reduction) and a SAP Vendor PO integration, extending my ownership across the full order-to-cash and order-to-pay loop.

Adoption is the real product.
Building CAPS taught me the hardest part of an internal tool isn’t shipping it — it’s getting people to stop using their spreadsheets. Value proposition and adoption deserve the same rigor as features.
SQL before spec.
On the duplicate-payment API, the root cause wasn’t the matching algorithm — it was upstream payee-master data. I dig into the data before writing the spec, which is why fixes hold beyond launch.
I build, not just specify.
I ship AI-assisted products end-to-end with Claude Code, Figma, and GitHub — making the architecture and safety calls myself. Rapid prototyping with AI is how I work daily, not a bolt-on.
AI where it earns its keep.
At SmoothPaycheck I deliberately kept AI as a content-production tool, not a product feature, because the value was computational. Knowing where AI adds value versus noise is the call I make most.
Let’s talk about moving money well.
Open to Senior PM / PM roles in B2B fintech, finance automation (O2C, AP, R2R), payments, or internal technical platforms. Fully remote preferred — my 3pm–12am IST shift gives full US East Coast and strong EU overlap. Open to Bengaluru or Hyderabad for the right match.
